Custom Printed Products

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, most products are made specifically for you based on your design specifications and requirements. As such, we generally cannot accept returns on custom-printed items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all printed materials will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Reporting Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your printed materials. To expedite the resolution process, please provide:

  • Your order number and date of purchase
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or issue
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • The approved proof for comparison

Eligible Returns

We will accept returns and provide reprints or refunds in the following situations:

  • Printing defects such as smudging, misalignment, or color inconsistencies beyond industry standards
  • Incorrect quantities delivered
  • Damage that occurred during production or shipping
  • Errors in the final product that were not present in the approved proof
  • Wrong product specifications that do not match your order

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Errors that were present in the proof you approved
  • Minor color variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances
  • Changes of mind after production has begun
  • Spelling or grammatical errors in content you provided
  • Design elements that you approved in the proof stage
  • Normal variations in cutting, trimming, or finishing

Proof Approval

Before we begin production, we provide digital proofs for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully check all aspects of the proof, including text, images, colors, and layout. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the content and design as shown.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once your order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to fees for work already completed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Reprint Process

If we determine that a reprint is necessary due to our error, we will rush your replacement order at no additional charge. In most cases, reprints are completed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

If a return or reprint is necessary due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs for both the return and replacement. If you request a return for reasons not covered by our policy, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
